All rental properties are required to have annual gas safety inspections on the boilers and appliances. Failure to comply can result in a criminal sentence of up to six months up to £5000.00 fine or even both.
If you require a gas certificate call us and we will arrange for an engineer to visit your property at your convenience and certify the boiler.
The engineer will carry out a serious of simply tests on the boiler and meter to check there is no gas leakage and everything is working as it should be. This will take up to 45 minutes.
It might also be worth having the boiler serviced at the same times as this will save you up to 50% of the normal cost of a servicing the boiler. Servicing the boiler will prolong its life and make it less likely to have any problems.
